Shari Neumann

Shari is an accomplished marketing expert with a wealth of experience spanning marketing research and analytics, brand strategy, integrated campaign strategy and execution, and new marketing capabilities development.

Shari recently founded Brand Advisory Board, a marketing consultancy collective providing brand audits, consulting services, and capabilities development for companies across markets and industries with a focus of unlocking new growth opportunities.

Before that, Shari led global brand strategy at Symphony Talent, a marketing agency and technology company specializing in corporate and employer branding. Healthcare was her largest vertical, where she partnered with leading hospital systems, pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies to elevate their brand reputations and talent recruitment efforts.

Before that, Shari was Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Smart Eye Technology, a pioneering cybersecurity startup she helped launch in 2020, shaping its brand identity and market presence.

At Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products, Shari built and led two groundbreaking Centers of Excellence—one for Brand Strategy and another for Advertising & Content—transforming the marketing organization into an innovative, consumer-focused, brand building powerhouse. She spearheaded new brand and creative strategies and led award-winning campaigns for brands such as Brawny, Dixie, Angel Soft, Quilted Northern, Vanity Fair Napkins, and Sparkle Paper Towels.

Prior to that at Zyman Group, a marketing consultancy, Shari led insights and brand strategy, accelerating sales growth for a plethora of brands including Enbrel, Healthy Choice, Miller High Life, The NFL, and Caterpillar.

She also spent a significant portion of her career at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held pivotal roles in global research and advertising planning. She:

  • Developed breakthrough research methodologies and the first global brand positioning and architecture for Coca-Cola.
  • Led global advertising planning for Coca-Cola, shaping a global campaign refresh and event-specific advertising for The Olympics, World Cup, and Christmas.
  • Served as Advertising Planning Director for Europe, steering high-impact regional campaigns for the company’s core brands while based in London.

Originally from Metropolitan Detroit, Shari now resides in Atlanta, GA, bringing her relentless passion for brand building and business impact to every challenge she takes on.
