A Philosophy for the Science of Mindfulness (Senior Seminar)

Who: Agnes Bolinska (Associate Professor of Philosophy)

Summary: Current senior seminar examining methodological questions in philosophy of science and medicine: Is mindfulness a genuine psychological trait or a useful construct? How should it be defined, measured, and assessed objectively? Can randomized controlled trials rigorously study mindfulness, and are RCTs the gold standard for this field?

 

Safe AI for Seniors (Hybrid Event)

First-Person Perspective in the Human Sciences (Workshop)
