Office of Organizational Development and Innovation

The College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management Office of Organizational Development and Innovation oversees the Dean’s Innovation Fund, Innovation Study Tour Program and facilitates opportunities for growth and development within the college.

We encourage faculty, staff and students to pursue innovation and inquiry, creating a dynamic environment where individuals can expand their knowledge and understanding. By providing access to unique learning experiences,  we foster a culture of creativity and forward-thinking, ensuring HRSM remains a leader in its fields.
