Course Description

Feasibility methods of asset investments in a given market; evaluation of market data and potential franchises; development of facility and design requirements; examination of revenue streams, cash flow, and economic viability.Prerequisite: C or higher in HTMT 421 or an equivalent course approved by the instructor.FS: 03/13/2024.
