Green Career Fair
Registration Opens Spring 2021
The Green Career Fair is focused on the sustainability industry, featuring employers
with job, internship, volunteer and shadowing opportunities both on and off campus.
Registration is required for students and employers.
We're putting student designers to the test with a true sustainability challenge:
create outfits out of recycled and upcycled materials. Any student or student group
can apply to be a designer or model.
Featuring fresh produce from the Sustainable Carolina Garden and passionate guest
speakers, this celebration of the university’s innovative food growth system provides
a lively atmosphere and plentiful harvest.
Give It Up For Good
Students can donate unwanted items to charity at the end of spring semester. Get instructions
and a list of accepted items in your residence hall lobby.
Collection starts April 18.
Green Networking Breakfast
Registration will open Fall 2021.
Join us for good food and intriguing conversations about sustainability. Each year,
we bring together students, faculty, staff and community partners to discuss current
events, future collaborations and potential career/research opportunities in sustainability.
Held every October, Campus Sustainability Month is an international celebration of
sustainability in higher education. Throughout the month, colleges and universities
organize events on campus and elsewhere to engage and inspire incoming students and
other campus stakeholders to become sustainability change agents.
